The profile was designed as a rigid PVC cover profile with a yellow color close to Pantone 7406C. During production, we controlled the profile shape, surface finish, cutting length, and packing method to ensure the parts were suitable for assembly and export delivery.

Custom PVC Profile Production
The main requirement of this project was to manufacture the PVC profile according to the customer’s original drawing. The profile needed to maintain a clean V-shaped structure, straight extrusion line, and consistent ribbed surface.
During production, we paid attention to the following points:
- Stable extrusion shape according to the drawing
- Consistent yellow color across the full production batch
- Clean surface without obvious deformation
- Accurate cut-to-length processing
- Proper packing to avoid bending or surface damage during transport
Because rigid PVC profiles may crack if the formulation or processing is not properly controlled, we also arranged a shear brittleness test before shipment.
Shear Brittleness Test Before Shipment
For this project, the customer required the PVC profile to be checked for cutting performance. We carried out a shear brittleness test to confirm that the finished profile could be cut without obvious cracking or brittle failure.
This test helped us verify that the material and extrusion process were suitable for the customer’s assembly use. After testing, the profiles were packed according to the required export packing method.
Packing and Delivery
The finished PVC profiles were cut into fixed lengths and packed in white woven bags. The packing method helped protect the profiles from dust, scratches, and surface damage during handling.
For this order, the total production quantity was about 3,001.2 meters. The profiles were packed in bundles and prepared with export packaging data, including gross weight, volume, and pallet information for shipment arrangement.
