In direct co-extrusion, rigid and flexible materials are extruded together to form one integrated profile. For inserted-seal profiles, the flexible sealing strip is produced separately and then inserted into or assembled with the rigid profile. The suitable method depends on the profile structure, sealing function and material requirements.
Yes. Glossy, matte, ribbed, grooved, timber-like and other surface appearances can be developed according to the profile requirements. Matte or special textured surfaces may require different tooling treatment, so the finish should be confirmed before tooling production.
Cut-to-length production, drilling, punching, slotting, printing, labeling, protective film and custom packing can be arranged according to the drawing and application requirements.
The minimum order quantity depends on the profile size, material, color, tooling and production efficiency. Small quantities can sometimes be produced, but the unit price is usually higher because tooling setup, material preparation, machine adjustment and production loss must be shared over fewer pieces. Lead time depends on the profile complexity, tooling structure, material and surface requirements. After reviewing the drawing or sample, we will confirm the estimated tooling and sample-production schedule before the order is placed.
