Why Choose YT Industrial Parts

We support custom industrial part development from drawing and sample review to process selection, tooling, production, inspection and export delivery. Our focus is not limited to one manufacturing method—we coordinate suitable metal, plastic and rubber processes according to each project.

Drawing and Sample-Based Development

Custom parts can be developed from technical drawings, 3D files, physical samples or existing components.

Multiple Manufacturing Processes

Metal casting, forging, machining, plastic molding, profile extrusion and rubber manufacturing are coordinated according to project requirements.

Material and Process Evaluation

Materials, tolerances, quantities, tooling costs and working conditions are reviewed before recommending a suitable manufacturing process.

Tooling, Sampling and Batch Production

We support tooling development, sample approval, small-batch trials and repeat production orders.

Machining, Finishing and Inspection

CNC machining, heat treatment, surface finishing and dimensional inspection can be arranged as part of the production package.

Export Project Support

Quotations, drawings, packaging, shipping documents and export delivery are coordinated for international industrial buyers.

Custom Manufacturing Workflow

A clear project workflow helps us review your custom part, select a suitable manufacturing process and prepare a practical quotation before production.

How to Choose the Right Manufacturing Process

The most suitable manufacturing process depends on the material, part geometry, production quantity, tolerance, surface requirements, mechanical properties, tooling budget and secondary processing needs. These factors should be evaluated together rather than selecting a process based on unit price alone.

Frequently Asked Questions About Custom Industrial Parts

What information do you need for a quotation?

Please send your drawing, 3D file, sample photos or existing part details, together with the material grade, estimated quantity, tolerance, surface treatment and application requirements. If some information is unavailable, we can review the part and advise what is still needed before quotation.

Yes. We can review physical samples, sample photos or existing components. However, dimensions, tolerances, material requirements and key functional details must still be confirmed before tooling or production.

The process is selected according to material, part size, geometry, wall thickness, quantity, tolerance, surface finish, mechanical performance, tooling budget and secondary processing requirements.

Yes. Castings, forgings and other blanks can be supplied with CNC turning, milling, drilling, threading, grinding and dimensional inspection according to the drawing.

Yes. Customer-specified materials, equivalent grades, hardness, heat treatment, plating, coating, painting, anodizing, polishing and other finishes can be reviewed according to the application and production process.

Yes. Tooling, trial samples, prototypes and small-batch production can be arranged where the selected process and project quantity are practical. Sample and tooling requirements are confirmed before production.

Lead time depends on the manufacturing process, tooling, material availability, quantity and secondary processing. The estimated tooling, sample and batch-production lead times are stated separately in the quotation.

Yes. Material verification, dimensional inspection, hardness or mechanical-property testing, surface inspection and final packing checks can be arranged according to the drawing and order requirements.
