Custom Molded Parts / Robotic Production
ABS / PC / PA / POM / PP / PPS
In-House Mold Making / Machining / Assembly
Samples / Small Batches / Volume Production
We manufacture custom plastic injection molded parts from drawings, 3D files, samples or existing components. With in-house mold manufacturing and modification capabilities, we support projects from mold development and trial molding through sample approval, batch production and final assembly. Materials, mold structure and production methods are evaluated according to part size, functional requirements, dimensional tolerances, surface appearance and order quantity.
Our injection molds are manufactured and modified in-house, allowing direct communication between mold engineers and the production team. This helps us manage tooling costs, shorten modification time and respond more efficiently to sample feedback before batch production.
Our injection molding machines are equipped with robotic part-removal systems to support stable production cycles, reduce manual handling and improve consistency during repeat batch production.
Send us your drawing, 3D file, sample or existing plastic component. We can evaluate the material, mold structure, surface requirements, assembly details and production quantity for your project.
We select plastic materials according to strength, impact resistance, wear resistance, temperature, chemical exposure, dimensional stability, appearance and production requirements. Standard colors, custom colors and different molded surface textures can also be evaluated for each project.
In addition to plastic injection molding, we support secondary processing and assembly according to the part structure and application requirements. Plastic components can be machined, fitted with metal parts, assembled and inspected before shipment.
In addition to injection molding, we also manufacture selected hollow plastic products by rotational molding. This process is suitable for larger seamless components such as tanks, containers, housings and other hollow industrial parts, commonly using LLDPE and other suitable polyethylene grades.
Drawing, 3D file or sample review, together with material, tolerance, appearance and quantity requirements.
Plastic material selection, part structure review, mold feasibility analysis and tooling quotation.
Mold structure design, machining, fitting and preparation for trial production.
Initial molding trials are carried out to evaluate filling, dimensions, surface appearance and part release.
Samples are inspected for dimensions, fit, function and appearance, followed by mold adjustment where required.
Final samples are submitted for customer approval before batch production begins.
Robotic injection molding, secondary processing and component assembly are completed according to the approved sample.
Finished parts are inspected, packed and prepared for shipment according to project requirements.
From mold evaluation and sample development to batch production and final inspection, we support each stage of your custom plastic molding project. Send us your drawing, 3D file, sample or existing part for technical review and quotation.
We inspect material, dimensions, surface appearance, molded features and assembly performance according to drawings, approved samples and application requirements. Inspection records and customer-specified testing can be arranged according to project needs.

Not sure which plastic material, mold structure or molding process is suitable for your part?
Send us your drawing, 3D file, sample photo or existing component. Our team will review the part structure, material requirements, surface finish, assembly details and production quantity, then provide a technical evaluation and quotation.
For an Accurate Quotation
If no drawing is available, send us a clear sample, sample photo or existing plastic component for evaluation.
Yes. Our injection molds are manufactured and modified in-house, allowing mold engineers and the production team to communicate directly during mold development, trial production and sample adjustment.
Yes. We can evaluate an existing sample, clear photos or a worn component. For complex parts, we may still need key dimensions, application information or a 3D scan before mold development.
We commonly evaluate ABS, PC, PA6, PA66, POM, PP, PPS and glass-fiber-reinforced plastics. Material selection depends on strength, temperature, wear, chemical exposure, dimensional stability, appearance and cost requirements.
Yes. After trial molding, the mold can be adjusted according to sample inspection, fitting tests, dimensional results, surface appearance and customer feedback. The modification scope depends on the mold structure and requested changes.
Yes. Standard colors, RAL or Pantone references and customer color samples can be evaluated. Smooth, matte and textured molded surfaces can also be discussed during mold development and sample approval.
Yes. We can assemble plastic parts with screws, bolts, springs, washers, threaded inserts and other metal components, followed by fitting, functional inspection and packing.
The minimum order quantity depends on the part size, material, mold structure, production efficiency and assembly requirements. We can evaluate samples, small batches and repeat production orders for each project.
Injection molding is generally suitable for detailed plastic parts, functional components and repeat batch production. Rotational molding is more suitable for larger hollow and seamless products such as tanks, containers and housings.
Lead time depends on part complexity, mold structure, material, surface requirements and the number of sample modifications. We will provide an estimated mold and sample schedule after reviewing the drawing, 3D file or sample.
