Repeat Production of Custom Black ABS Plastic Pans
This project involved the repeat production of custom black ABS plastic pans for an industrial container application. The parts were manufactured according to the customer’s revised drawing requirements, including the pan body, tube connector positions, hole locations and overall assembly details.
This was not the first production run for this part. Based on previous manufacturing experience, the project focused on stable dimensions, consistent molded quality and reliable packing for batch shipment.
Manufactured According to Revised Drawing Requirements
The plastic pans were produced according to the latest revised drawing. The drawing included requirements for the pan size, wall thickness, hole positions, connector areas, chamfer details and general tolerances.
For this type of assembled plastic component, hole positioning and connector alignment are important. The parts need to match related tubes and container structures, so the revised drawing details were reviewed before production and checked again during inspection.
Black ABS Plastic Injection Molded Parts
The parts were manufactured as black ABS plastic components. ABS is commonly used for custom industrial plastic parts because it offers good molding performance, stable shape and a practical balance of strength and surface appearance.

Inspection and Packing Before Shipment
After production, the custom ABS plastic pans were inspected and arranged for packing. The parts were packed in cartons, stacked on pallets and wrapped with stretch film for safer handling and shipment preparation.
For custom plastic components, proper packing helps reduce surface scratches, deformation and damage during transportation. In this project, carton packing and pallet wrapping were used to keep the finished parts organized and protected before delivery.
