We manufacture custom investment castings from drawings, samples, 3D files or existing parts. Water glass and silica sol processes are selected according to material, part size, dimensional tolerance, surface finish and production quantity. Stainless steel, carbon steel and alloy steel castings can be supplied as raw castings or with machining, heat treatment and surface finishing.
Water glass and silica sol are both investment casting processes, but they differ in surface finish, dimensional accuracy, cost and suitable applications. We recommend the process according to the material, part size, tolerance, surface requirements and production quantity.
Commonly used for machinery parts, brackets, valve components and general industrial castings.
Commonly used for pump and valve parts, food equipment, marine hardware and visible stainless steel components.
Water glass casting is generally selected when cost and larger part size are the main considerations. Silica sol casting is preferred when tighter tolerances, smoother surfaces and complex geometries are required. We can evaluate your drawing and recommend the appropriate process.
We select investment casting materials according to mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, heat resistance and application requirements. Customer-specified ASTM, EN and GB grades can also be evaluated.
We provide various surface finishing options for stainless steel investment castings to improve appearance, corrosion resistance and functional performance based on application requirements.
Drawing review, material confirmation and casting feasibility analysis.
Tool design, shrinkage allowance and wax pattern production.
Wax patterns are assembled with runners and gating systems.
Multiple ceramic coating layers are applied to create a strong shell.
Wax removal followed by alloy melting and precision pouring.
Ceramic shell removal, cutting, grinding and surface finishing.
CNC machining, dimensional inspection and quality verification.
Final inspection, protection and shipment preparation.
From drawing review to final inspection, we control each stage of the investment casting process to ensure dimensional accuracy, surface quality and reliable production. Send us your drawing, sample or 3D file for a technical review and quotation.
We inspect material, dimensions, surface quality and machined features according to drawing and application requirements. Inspection methods and documentation can be arranged based on part specifications and order requirements.
Explore our custom investment casting projects covering stainless steel, alloy steel and precision cast components for different industrial applications. Each project demonstrates our capabilities in casting process selection, machining, surface finishing and quality control.
Steel components manufactured by water glass investment casting, followed by CNC machining and secondary finishing. Suitable for industrial applications requiring cost-effective production, complex geometries and reliable mechanical performance.
Precision stainless steel components produced by silica sol investment casting for applications requiring tighter tolerances, smoother surfaces and higher dimensional accuracy.
Custom alloy steel casting components manufactured according to drawings or existing samples, with machining and finishing processes available for industrial replacement applications.
We evaluate whether water glass or silica sol casting is more suitable based on cost, tolerance, surface finish and order quantity.
We produce stainless steel, carbon steel and alloy steel investment castings according to drawings, samples and application requirements.
From tooling design to sample approval, we support casting development before mass production.
Castings can be supplied as raw cast parts or completed with CNC machining, heat treatment and surface finishing.
Dimensional inspection, material verification and process control are carried out before shipment.
We support prototype orders, small batches and repeat production according to customer requirements.

For an Accurate Quotation
If no drawing is available, send us a clear sample or worn part for evaluation.
Water glass casting is generally more cost-effective and suitable for medium or larger industrial components. Silica sol casting offers tighter dimensional tolerances, smoother surfaces and better capability for small or complex stainless steel parts. We recommend the process according to the material, part size, tolerance and production quantity.
We commonly manufacture investment castings in stainless steel, carbon steel and alloy steel. Customer-specified ASTM, EN and GB material grades can also be evaluated according to the drawing and application requirements.
Yes. We can evaluate an existing sample, worn component, drawing or 3D file. For reverse-engineered parts, key dimensions, material requirements and application conditions should be confirmed before tooling and sample production.
Not all investment castings require machining. Parts may be supplied as raw castings when casting tolerances are sufficient. CNC machining, drilling, tapping and grinding can be added where tighter dimensions, threads or assembly surfaces are required.
The minimum order quantity depends on the part size, material, tooling cost and production process. We can support prototypes and small batches, while larger quantities normally offer a more economical unit cost.
Yes. Material certificates, dimensional inspection reports and other testing documents can be arranged according to the order requirements. Please specify any third-party inspection or special documentation requirements before quotation.
Lead time depends on the tooling complexity, part size and material. Tooling and initial samples generally require several weeks after the drawing and technical details are confirmed. A specific schedule will be provided with the quotation.
Send us your drawing, 3D file or sample for review. We will evaluate the material, casting process, machining and finishing requirements, then prepare a quotation for your project.
