Repeat Order Background
This is a regular repeat-order project for an industrial customer in Houston, USA. The customer generally places one order each year.
The heat shrink tubing has been supplied over several years according to the customer’s confirmed specifications, printing requirements, and packing arrangement.
Long-term repeat supply requires stable dimensions, consistent shrink performance, clear surface printing, controlled appearance, and reliable batch packing.
Size, Color, and Surface Printing
The customer ordered three heat shrink tubing sizes:
- 12 mm
- 19 mm
- 33 mm
The tubing was supplied in black with customized identification codes printed on the surface according to the customer’s requirements.
Other colors, printing content, tube dimensions, packing lengths, and technical specifications can be reviewed according to the drawing, sample, or order requirements.
Coil and Export Packing
The heat shrink tubing was packed in coils, with the coils placed in cartons for shipment.
The cartons were then secured on export plywood pallets for forklift handling and transportation to the Shanghai port warehouse for container loading.
