Application
This EPDM extrusion profile was supplied for metro and municipal infrastructure projects in Thailand.
The customer orders several EPDM profile designs with different cross-sections and dimensions for sealing applications. The profile shown in this project had a confirmed size of 50 × 50 mm.
This is a regular repeat-order project requiring stable profile dimensions, consistent material properties, controlled extrusion quality, and reliable batch supply.
EPDM Material and Profile Requirements
The EPDM compound, hardness range, cross-sectional dimensions, surface condition, cutting length, and application-related performance were confirmed according to the customer’s specification.
