The EPDM seals were manufactured according to the customer’s drawings and project requirements for infrastructure applications in Thailand.
The profile design included multiple internal cavities, ribs, grooves, and installation edges. These cross-sectional features required controlled die development and stable extrusion dimensions to maintain consistent profile shape during production.

The profile shown in this project has a complex multi-cavity cross-section with large central cavities and smaller side cavities.
