The parts were produced by centrifugal casting and then CNC machined to achieve the required dimensions and thread accuracy.
Project Overview
This project involved the production of custom valve stem nuts for industrial valve equipment.
The component was manufactured using centrifugal casting followed by CNC machining to ensure high strength and precise thread dimensions.

We measured all the sizes in the drawing, took pictures and then sent them to our client for approval before shipment.
