Material – AISI 316 Stainless Steel
The bolts were produced using AISI 316 stainless steel, a material known for excellent corrosion resistance and durability in harsh environments such as marine and chemical applications.
Manufacturing Process
The manufacturing process included:
- metal stamping for initial shaping
- precision machining for accurate dimensions
- assembly of bolt, washer and insert
- dimensional inspection and quality control

Packing
The bolt sets were packed together with another double-thread bolt item on one export pallet. The pallet size was 1.2 × 0.8 × 0.75 m, with a net weight of 256 kg and a gross weight of 268 kg.
