Quantity
The required length was 200 meters supplied as one continuous piece.
Continuous long-length extrusion helped reduce unnecessary joints during installation. The final coiling, handling, and packing arrangement was confirmed according to the profile size, weight, transportation, and site-installation requirements.
Material
The profile was manufactured from EPDM rubber according to the customer’s confirmed material and performance requirements.
The compound, hardness range, dimensional tolerances, and application-related properties were reviewed before batch extrusion.

This EPDM extrusion profile was developed for sealing applications in metro and bridge infrastructure projects in Thailand.
The customized cross-section measured approximately 114 × 60 mm and included two internal hollow sections. The profile shape, dimensions, material requirements, and production length were manufactured according to the customer’s drawing.
