Custom EPDM Rubber Extrusion Profile
This project involves the production of custom EPDM rubber extrusion profiles manufactured according to the client’s drawings and specifications. EPDM rubber is widely used in sealing and protection applications due to its excellent resistance to weather, ozone, aging, and temperature changes.
Through precision extrusion tooling, the rubber material is continuously formed into consistent profiles with accurate cross-section dimensions. This ensures reliable sealing performance and long-term durability in various working environments.
Custom rubber extrusion profiles are commonly applied in construction, industrial equipment, and sealing systems where flexibility, weather resistance, and durability are required.

Application
This rubber profile is used for Thailand Civil Engineering-Metro. We already developed almost ten items of EPDM profiles for them.
All by the engineering design, we fabricate it by supplied drawings.
