This project involves the production of custom EPDM rubber extrusion profiles manufactured according to the client’s drawings and specifications. EPDM rubber is widely used in sealing and protection applications due to its excellent resistance to weather, ozone, aging, and temperature changes.

Application
This EPDM extrusion profile was developed for a civil engineering and metro infrastructure customer in Thailand. We had already produced nearly ten different EPDM profile designs for this customer, supporting several sealing and protection requirements within their infrastructure projects.
Each profile was manufactured according to the customer’s engineering drawings, including the confirmed cross-section, dimensions, hardness range, length, and application requirements.
Size
The confirmed profile cross-section was 29 × 35 mm. The extrusion die and production parameters were developed according to the customer’s drawing and dimensional requirements.
Quantity
The order included four rolls with lengths of 110 m, 100 m, 72 m, and 18 m, for a total production length of 300 m.
The roll lengths were arranged according to the customer’s installation, handling, packing, and transportation requirements.
Profile
The finished extrusion profile was checked against the confirmed cross-section and dimensional requirements. Particular attention was paid to profile consistency, surface condition, edge formation, and continuous extrusion quality.

The completed EPDM extrusion profiles met the confirmed 29 × 35 mm cross-section, material requirements, roll lengths, and application specifications. The profiles were inspected for dimensional consistency, surface condition, and continuous extrusion quality before packing.
This project demonstrates our experience in manufacturing drawing-based EPDM profiles for metro, civil engineering, and other infrastructure sealing applications, including repeat development of multiple profile designs for the same customer.
