It is a new project from our long-cooperation client. It takes over one year to develop this project.
Project Overview
This project involved the development and production of custom PVC extrusion profiles for a long-term customer in Israel.
The project required more than one year of development, including design verification, mould adjustment, and production testing to ensure the final profile met the customer’s specifications.
Material and Color
The profiles were produced using PVC material with two custom colors:
- Yellow – Pantone 7406C
- Grey – Pantone 7013
Both profiles feature a matt surface finish.
Production Details
The extrusion profiles were manufactured with a length of 4.1 meters per piece.
Production quantity included:
- 3813 meters (930 pcs) yellow profile
- 205 meters (50 pcs) grey profile
PVC extrusion profiles are widely used in industrial and construction applications due to their durability, corrosion resistance, and design flexibility.

Why did the project take one year long?
Surface
We quoted and manufactured the bright surface for the profiles. After the sample was out, the client noticed he needed the matt surface.
The mould cost for a matt surface is almost double that of a bright surface.
So we made a new matt surface mould after the client’s consideration for a few months.
Cutting result
We submit the sample for our client’s approval.
For the first submission, clients found our profile as easy to break as the video.
