The fasteners were produced using ASTM A193 Grade B7 alloy steel, a material widely used for high-strength bolting applications in industrial equipment, valves, and pipeline systems.
Manufacturing Process
The production process included:
- precision bolt threading
- dimensional inspection
- black surface treatment for corrosion protection

ASTM A193 Grade B7 is a high-strength alloy steel bolting specification. The raw material’s chemical composition and mechanical properties were verified against the applicable standard requirements before production.
We carefully checked the standard and picked out the material composition and mechanical property requirements here.
Production was completed in approximately 30 days, excluding the additional lead time caused by the Chinese New Year holiday.

We measured all the sizes in the drawing, took pictures and then sent them to our client for approval before shipment.
Packing
The finished fasteners were packed together with another order item on one export pallet. The pallet size was 1.2 × 0.8 × 0.75 m, with a net weight of 1,056 kg and a gross weight of 1,086 kg.
