Project Overview
This project involved the production of custom double threaded fasteners for an industrial customer in Panama.
The fasteners were manufactured according to the customer’s technical drawings and specifications.
Material – ASTM A193 Grade B7
The fasteners were produced using ASTM A193 Grade B7 alloy steel, a material widely used for high-strength bolting applications in industrial equipment, valves, and pipeline systems.
Manufacturing Process
The production process included:
- precision bolt threading
- dimensional inspection
- black surface treatment for corrosion protection
This manufacturing method ensures stable mechanical strength and reliable fastening performance in demanding industrial environments.

It is a material standard, which means that our material’s chemical composition and mechanical properties should 100% meet the requirements of this standard.
We carefully checked the standard and picked out the material composition and mechanical property requirements here.
After around 30 days of production (China spring festival 20 days is extra), we finished production.
