General
This project involved two custom C86100 copper-alloy guide components, with quantities of 12 pieces and 20 pieces respectively.
Both items were manufactured according to the customer’s drawings and dimensional requirements.
As the customer could not inspect the parts on site, we prepared material certificates and complete dimensional reports with inspection photos before shipment.
The hardness should be submitted before production. We submit the data HB175-230 and then begin the production.
Project Overview
This project involved the production of custom brass guide components for an industrial customer in Central America
The parts were manufactured according to customer drawings using copper alloy C86100 through casting and precision machining processes.
Material – Copper Alloy C86100
