Custom Copper Bushing for Panama Canal Equipment
This project involves the manufacturing of custom copper bushings supplied for equipment operated by the Panama Canal Authority (ACP). Copper alloy bushings are widely used in marine and canal infrastructure equipment due to their excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance in humid and marine environments.
The bushings are designed to support rotating shafts and reduce friction between moving components in heavy-duty mechanical systems. Copper alloy materials provide stable performance under high loads and continuous operation conditions.
These custom bushings were manufactured according to detailed client drawings and technical specifications to meet the demanding operational requirements of canal infrastructure equipment.

SGS Inspection
This project needs to be inspected by twice SGS inspections on the client’s side. One time is the mould and sampling stage, after we finish a few samples, SGS will come to our factory for inspection. After the sample is approved, we will begin 400pcs batch production. Before shipment of 400pcs, SGS will come again for a final inspection.
We produced six samples already.
