Custom Rubber Cone for Industrial Equipment
This project involves the manufacturing of custom rubber cone components supplied to an industrial client in Houston, USA. Rubber cones are commonly used in equipment systems where flexibility, sealing capability, and vibration absorption are required.
The rubber material provides excellent elasticity and durability, allowing the component to perform reliably under repeated mechanical movement and industrial operating conditions.
These custom rubber cones were manufactured according to client drawings and specifications to ensure proper fit and consistent performance in equipment assemblies.
These rubber cone components were manufactured by compression moulding according to the customer’s drawings, dimensions, material requirements, and application conditions.

Project Background
This was a series-production project for an industrial equipment customer in Houston, USA. The custom rubber cones were manufactured in sizes ranging from 6 inches to 24 inches using the rubber compression moulding process.
Material
The rubber cones were manufactured from black EPDM according to the customer’s confirmed material, hardness, dimensional, and application requirements.
