Custom Rubber Cone for Industrial Equipment

This project involves the manufacturing of custom rubber cone components supplied to an industrial client in Houston, USA. Rubber cones are commonly used in equipment systems where flexibility, sealing capability, and vibration absorption are required.

The rubber material provides excellent elasticity and durability, allowing the component to perform reliably under repeated mechanical movement and industrial operating conditions.

These custom rubber cones were manufactured according to client drawings and specifications to ensure proper fit and consistent performance in equipment assemblies.

Yutung Industrial provides customized manufacturing solutions for rubber components used in industrial and energy equipment applications.

It is a series rubber cone project, from small 6″ to 24″. It is made by the rubber compression moulding process.
