This is a repeat-order project for a custom plastic injection molded oil drip tray. The customer updated the product drawing several times, and the mold and production details were adjusted according to the latest approved version.

Quantity

The order quantity was 10,000 pieces, arranged for shipment in one container.

Other custom PVC extrusion profiles for the same customer were consolidated into the container to improve shipping efficiency and reduce overall logistics costs.

The small black mark in the center of the tray is the injection gate location, where molten plastic enters the mold cavity during production.

The production video shows the injection molding cycle, part removal, and automated handling process.

A robotic arm was used to remove and handle the molded trays, helping improve production efficiency, cycle consistency, and workplace safety during the 10,000-piece batch.

Packing

The finished trays were packed in customized cartons and stacked securely on export plywood pallets for container loading.

The packing arrangement was designed to reduce movement, deformation, and surface damage during handling and international transportation.
