Process
The wheel hubs were manufactured directly from alloy steel raw material. Production included material cutting, bore machining, hole processing, dimensional finishing, and final electrophoretic coating according to the customer’s approved drawing.

Production type
The wheel hubs were manufactured according to the customer’s drawings and technical requirements. The project also included sample production, accessory matching, surface treatment, inspection, and export delivery support.

Material
The wheel hubs were manufactured from 16Mn structural steel according to the customer’s confirmed material specification.
The material grade and chemical composition were verified using the corresponding batch material certificate before production.

Quantity
The total order quantity was 102 pieces. Two samples were manufactured first and sent to Australia by express for dimensional and quality approval.
Batch production for the remaining 100 pieces proceeded after the customer confirmed the samples.
