Types
Steel Wheel Type and Application
Automotive wheels are commonly manufactured as alloy wheels or steel wheels. This project involved custom steel wheel rims and discs for larger modified vehicles.
The steel plate thickness, rim dimensions, disc profile, bolt-hole arrangement, air inlet hole, offset, and coating requirements were produced according to the customer’s confirmed drawings and vehicle installation requirements.
The wheels were supplied to an automotive modification customer in Australia.

The sample wheels received a black protective coating according to the customer’s confirmed appearance and surface-treatment requirements.
After coating and final inspection, the sample was prepared for customer approval before batch production.




We will send the sample to our client for final approval, and then begin the batch production.

The photos show the wheel rims and discs during the intermediate production stage.
The components were manufactured according to the customer’s engineering drawings. During production, the air inlet hole size was adjusted according to the confirmed valve and installation requirements.
The completed sample would be submitted to the customer for dimensional and installation approval before batch production.
