Process
The finger grips were produced by silica sol precision investment casting. This process was selected for the curved profile, internal opening, surface quality, and dimensional consistency required for batch production.

Material
The finger grips were manufactured from SS316 stainless steel, selected for its corrosion resistance, durability, and suitability for industrial equipment and mechanical handling applications.

Quantity
The order quantity was 1,000 pieces. Stable casting quality, consistent dimensions, and uniform surface appearance were important for this batch production project.
Packing

The finished finger grips were packed on one export pallet.
- Pallet size: 550 × 430 × 450 mm
- Volume: 0.11 m³
- Net weight: 83 kg
- Gross weight: 88.7 kg
The parts were packed securely to reduce movement, surface contact, and potential damage during international transportation.
Project Result
The completed SS316 finger grips met the confirmed profile, surface, and dimensional requirements. The silica sol investment casting process provided a consistent finish and reliable forming quality across the 1,000-piece production batch.
This project demonstrates our ability to manufacture small stainless steel investment castings according to customer drawings, with stable production quality, inspection, and export packing.
