Custom Dacromet Coated Steel Pins
This project involves the production of custom steel pins with Dacromet coating supplied to an automotive client in Australia. These pins are used as fastening and positioning components in mechanical assemblies.
The Dacromet coating provides excellent corrosion resistance, making the pins suitable for outdoor and automotive environments where protection against moisture and road conditions is required.

720 hours means the Salt mist test hours are 720 hours.
Other choices of coating, like anti-oil, galvanization or even Geomet coating upon request.
To protect the coating, each safety pin will be protected by a plastic net, see the above picture.
