Quantity
The total project quantity was 102 pieces. Two samples were first sent by express to Australia for dimensional and quality approval. After the customer confirmed the samples, the remaining 100 hub adapters entered batch production.
Material
The hub adapters were manufactured from alloy steel selected for its strength, durability, and suitability for automotive wheel installation and modification applications.
Surface
The finished hub adapters received a black electrophoretic coating for surface protection and a uniform appearance. The photos shown in this section were taken before coating.

Process
The hub adapters were machined directly from solid alloy steel blocks. CNC turning, milling, bolt-hole machining, center-bore control, and profile finishing were completed according to the customer’s drawing before surface coating.

Packing
Two approved sample pieces were packed separately in an export plywood box for delivery to Australia. After sample confirmation, the remaining 100 hub adapters were produced, with 50 pieces shipped to Dubai and 50 pieces shipped to Australia.

Project Result
The alloy steel hub adapter samples were approved after dimensional and quality inspection in Australia. Batch production then proceeded for the remaining 100 pieces.
The completed parts met the confirmed bolt-pattern, center-bore, profile, surface, and packing requirements. This project demonstrates our ability to manage custom automotive machining projects from sample approval through batch production and split-destination delivery.
