This Insert Bowl 6608 No.3 was manufactured for a customer in Singapore. The customer required three rounds of Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) at different production stages.
The inspection requirements, acceptance criteria, and reporting were carried out according to the customer’s confirmed specification.
Quality Control and Inspection
The Insert Bowl 6608 supplied for the Singapore customer required three rounds of Magnetic Particle Inspection to check for surface and near-surface discontinuities during production.
The inspection stages and acceptance criteria were confirmed according to the customer’s technical requirements and the applicable drilling-tool specification.
The parts were delivered without final painting so that the customer could conduct an additional MPI inspection after receipt if required.

Relevant Bushing and Insert Bowl for Master Bushing
We produce master bushings and insert bowls with sizes from 17 1/2 to 37 1/2 inches. It is made of high-quality alloy steel from the process of casting (foundry). All the sizes conform to API Spec 7K.
They are two types. One is one unit type (solid body), and another is a separate type（split body）. It divides by the pin drive type and the square drive type.
The series bushings and insert bowls can be put into API standard rotary slip, drill collar slip, casting slip or roller Kelly bushing in use.
