This insert bowl 6608 no. 3 is for our Singapore client. It needs to do three times of MPI inspections, with no defects. The quality is much higher than the API standard.
Quality Control and Inspection
The Insert Bowl 6608 produced for our Singapore client requires three rounds of Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) to ensure there are no cracks or casting defects.
Compared with the standard API requirements, our quality control process is more strict to guarantee reliability in oilfield drilling operations.
The product is delivered without painting, allowing the client to perform additional MPI inspection after receiving the parts.

We produce master bushings and insert bowls with sizes from 17 1/2 to 37 1/2 inches. It is made of high-quality alloy steel from the process of casting (foundry). All the sizes conform to API Spec 7K.
They are two types. One is one unit type (solid body), and another is a separate type（split body）. It divides by the pin drive type and the square drive type.
The series bushings and insert bowls can be put into API standard rotary slip, drill collar slip, casting slip or roller Kelly bushing in use.
