Project Background
This is a repeat-order project for an industrial hydraulic customer in India. The customer has placed several orders covering NG6, NG10, and NG16 hydraulic directional valve components.
The repeat orders required stable casting quality, consistent machining dimensions, reliable coating appearance, and color control across different valve models.
NG16 (4WEH16)
NG6 (4WEH6)
The NG6 order quantity was 5,000 pieces. Of these, 2,500 pieces were finished in our standard blue color, while the remaining 2,500 pieces received a customized green coating based on the customer’s confirmed RAL color-Green RAL5021.

Each NG6 valve component set was supplied with two matching rivets at no additional charge.
Project Result
The NG6, NG10, and NG16 hydraulic valve components were produced according to the confirmed drawings, machining requirements, coating colors, and order quantities. The repeat orders demonstrate the customer’s continued confidence in our dimensional consistency, coating quality, and delivery management.
This project also shows our ability to manage multiple hydraulic valve models within one long-term supply program, including standard and customized coating colors, matched accessories, inspection, and export packing.
