Our foundry covers an area of 28,000 square meters with a construction area of 12,000 square meters. Our company owns advanced technology and rich management experience in hydraulic directional valve casting. We have the Rexroth valve series casting, Yuken valve series casting, Parker valve series casting, Vickers valve series casting, all kinds of pump products, motor parts, high-pressure filters, high-speed transmission parts, and auto parts.
The casting material ranges from HT250 to HT350, QT400-18 to QT700-2, RuT260 to RuT420, and all other kinds of alloy iron casting.
Our factory has passed ISO certificate, equipped with the inspection tools, such as a spectrometer, furnace rapid test machine, optical thermometer, universal tensile testing machine, CS quick analyzer instrument, photoelectric spectrometer(Si, Mn, P), intelligent high-speed analyzer (Re, Mg), Brinell hardness tester, metallographic microscope, endoscope, and gages for sand moulding, moulding cavity. A higher than 95% rate of qualified products can be guaranteed.
