YT CASTING (YT Industrial Parts) is a Limited Liability Group. The company, located in Jiangsu Province, China, is two hours north of Shanghai. We have unique geographic, human resource, technology, traffic and transportation advantages. Our process covers almost all the casting methods, the process choice is based on your drawing, or we can check by your supplied sample. 

Our investment precision factory covers an area of 35000 square meters and owns more than 112 employees. Fifteen people are engineers and management. It adopts a high standard inspection system to strengthen quality management and has passed Quality Management. ISO9001:2000 Certification, and Acquired “UKS” Certificate. Our factory owns advanced equipment for production and testing (e.g. spectrometer), which guarantees the quality of the products.

Our factory has the most advanced investment casting technologies and production capacity. Such as water glass Silicon Sol shell, sand casting, and shell mould casting technology. It’s mainly engaged in the precision casting and machining of all kinds of stainless steel, carbon steel alloy steel, Copper casting, Aluminium alloy casting, and Nodular iron 600 Kings of castings. Our company can produce precision castings of 2500 tons per year. The line of production: auto parts, machine parts, architectural hardware, stainless steel, valve body, marine parts, textile machinery parts etc. 100% of these products are exported to Europe, America, German, Japan, Canada, Sweden, England, and France markets.

Mr Zhang:  

Foundry Specialist, the owner of our precision investment casting factory. Worked in the workshop for more than thirty years. Familiar with all the foundry processes to avoid casting defects. Committed to researching difficult technical points, like reducing the defects rate, improving the aesthetics of the foundry parts surface, studying the irregular shape like too thin or too thick products etc.

Mr Wong:  

The specialist of the iron multi-flow construction valve casting engineer. We have the Rexoth series valve and the Yuken series valve. Also, we produce the valve for Atos, Parker and Vickers. Mr Wong has worked in this line for more than thirty years, he is an industry Veteran in China.

Mr Su:  

The specialist of the Plate stamping, alu and copper material product deep drawing and also Spinning process. He is keen to study the metal plate product fabrication processes, making the mould himself. Worked in the factory for ten years as a day.

Mr Zhong Zhang:

He is keen on the plastic injection moulding processes and has worked in this line for over thirty years. Committed to improving production efficiency. We already use the amazing robot production line. Have the challenge of studying the difficult-product construction and make all the moulds by himself.

Mr Chan:

PVC profile extruding specialist. Focus on the details. Have rich mould-making and production experience. The main material is Rigid PVC, Soft PVC and Timber Like PVC.
