It is a regular order. The items are used for the auto assembly industry. We are an OEM casting (foundry) parts manufacturer.

We manufacture the auto parts by client’s design.

The regular order is about one annual for one batch.

Quality Inspection

This mould is already made and approved from the beginning of the project.

So the size will be uniform for every batch.

And for the tolerance of the shape, our clients will not be concerned much about it. The products will be final machined in Australia before entering the market.

So how to control the material?

1. While we produce the castings, we will make a test bar together by pouring the material of our products. The test bar will be sent together with the product packages to our client for their final check.
2. Also, we will test and make a material certificate for our clients’ records.
