Precision lost wax investment casting offers a high level of accuracy, reducing the need for expensive secondary machining. Parts can be cast with little or no machining.
- We have two kinds of process, one is water glass precision metal investment casting process, the surface is 6.3-12.5Ra with less precision but lower cost; another is silica sol precision investment casting process, the surface is 12.5-25Ra with the excellent precision surface but higher price.
- Our stainless steel precision investment casting using the latest material technology can achieve complex internal features using sacrificial wax or ceramic cores.
