Case

In this case, we manufacture the wheel for our Australian client, it is an 18×8, 12mm thickness wheel, for engineering cars, with load 1800kgs (min. 1600kgs).

We made the mould by clients drawing for the rim and disc, and share some parts of mould of our current factory mould.

First batch quantity: 200pcs, partially shipped to Australia, and partially shipped to Dubai.

Packing

We will use a plastic bag to protect the wheel first. Then we will pack it in a carton. For a few cartons, we will use one pallet to ease the forklift operation while the delivery for the ocean or air shipment.
