The project is for two kinds of brass guides, the quantity is 12pcs and 20pcs respectively.
We customise it by the client’s drawing (design).
The client can not inspect it on the spot after the production is finished. So we will send him the material certificate and size report by measuring all the sizes.
The hardness should be submitted before production. We submit the data HB175-230 and then begin the production.
Project Overview
This project involved the production of custom brass guide components for an industrial customer in Middle America.
The parts were manufactured according to customer drawings using copper alloy C86100 through casting and precision machining processes.
Material – Copper Alloy C86100
C86100 copper alloy offers good strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for mechanical guide parts and sliding components used in industrial equipment.
Manufacturing Process
The production process included:
- casting of copper alloy material
- CNC machining to achieve precise dimensions
- dimensional inspection and quality control
Brass and copper alloys are widely used for precision mechanical parts due to their excellent machinability and durability in industrial applications.
