Project Overview

This project demonstrates our capability in custom CNC precision machining for steel components. The part was manufactured through investment casting followed by CNC machining to achieve precise dimensions and surface quality.

Our team supports customized machining projects based on customer drawings or technical requirements. By combining casting and CNC machining processes, we can produce complex metal parts with improved accuracy and efficiency.

Drawing

Material

The material used for this project is Q355 structural steel, which offers good strength and mechanical properties for industrial applications. After casting, the component was further processed through CNC precision machining to ensure dimensional accuracy and consistent quality.

Manufacturing Process

The manufacturing process for this project included silica sol investment casting followed by CNC precision machining. First, the casting process was used to produce the near-net-shape component. Then CNC machining operations were applied to achieve the required tolerances and surface finish.

Secondary machining operations such as drilling, milling and turning were carried out to complete the final part according to the customer’s specifications.

Size Inspection

We measure every size in the drawing to show our client.
