This project involved the production of custom fabricated metal components for a government infrastructure project in Panama.
The parts were manufactured according to the customer’s engineering drawings and specifications. The fabricated components were designed to provide structural support and reliable performance in demanding outdoor environments.

This project was commissioned by the Panama government. Based on the technical drawings provided by the client, Yutung Industrial was responsible for the complete fabrication and delivery of the components.
Material & Design
Main body: ASTM A36 structural steel (equivalent to Chinese grade Q235B), offering excellent weldability and strength.
Press-fit inserts: AISI 4340 high-strength alloy steel, selected for its superior hardness and wear resistance at the critical hole positions.
Manufacturing Process
Welding: All parts were joined with high-standard welding techniques. The weld seams are smooth and nearly invisible, ensuring both structural integrity and a refined appearance.
Surface protection: Each component was coated with TECTYL 891 anti-rust oil, with a controlled film thickness of 2.5 mil, providing long-lasting corrosion protection during transportation and service.
Batch size: A total of 17 pieces were produced and delivered.
Quality Assurance & Delivery
Every component underwent full dimensional inspection according to the technical drawings. Each measured dimension was documented with photographs showing the inspection points, ensuring full traceability.

All inspection records and material certificates were shared with the client for confirmation prior to shipment, guaranteeing transparency and compliance with project requirements.

From raw material selection, precision machining, and welding to surface treatment, every step was strictly controlled. We documented the process with photos showing the products in three stages: before coating, after coating, and packed for shipment.
