After we received the drawing, we checked the material, size with tolerance, etc., and evaluated the manufacturing process.
We will use centrifugal casting for manufacturing the parts and use a CNC machine to make them precise.
Project Overview
This project involved the production of custom valve stem nuts for industrial valve equipment.
The component was manufactured using centrifugal casting followed by CNC machining to ensure high strength and precise thread dimensions.
The material used was UNS C92200 bronze according to ASTM B584, which provides excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life in valve applications.

The material is UNS-92200, it needs to meet the requirement of standard ASTM B584.
We need to make sure that our material’s chemical composition and mechanical properties 100% meet the requirements of this standard.
