Yutung Factory of the auto steel wheel covers an area of 21,000 square meters. Have full-time workers of more than 200persons. Including 20 senior technical R&D engineers.
The company has passed ISO9001:2000 and ISO/TS16949 quality certification.

Production Process
Mould fabrication, Plate rim rolling, rim welding, Machining, Quality inspection, and coating.
Annual Output
Annual production ability: 1 million vehicles of iron wheels, the production specifications are 12-22 inch automobile wheels.
Case
In this case, we manufacture the wheel for our Australian client, it is an 18×8, 12mm thickness wheel, for engineering cars, with load 1800kgs (min. 1600kgs).
We made the mould by clients drawing for the rim and disc, and share some parts of mould of our current factory mould.
First batch quantity: 200pcs, partially shipped to Australia, and partially shipped to Dubai.
Packing
We will use a plastic bag to protect the wheel first. Then we will pack it in a carton. For a few cartons, we will use one pallet to ease the forklift operation while the delivery for the ocean or air shipment.
