Teeth bar stainless steel casting

This is the third batch of our teeth investment bar stainless steel casting, it has two diameter 12mm and 14mm.
I think it is used for hanging something, but we don’t explore what it is used, we made by our clients’ drawing and material instruction.

This stainless steel casting material is by SCH13, also called 3Cr13.
From the picture, you can find the surface is very smooth with the burr. It is also bright and clean.

Stainless steel precision casting or investment casting, silica sol process.

It is a casting process with little or no cutting. It is an excellent process technology in the foundry industry.

The surface quality is higher than that of other casting methods, and even castings that are difficult to cast and which are difficult to cast.
